Odeen’s BBQ started in 2012 as the classic garage-born side hustle with a simple mission: to spread the gospel of Memphis-style BBQ to an area unaccustomed to the concept of low and slow tenderness, to food crafted by fire and patience. Over the years Marshall and John have acquired smokers, restaurants and plenty of experience in the world of barbecue and still love nothing more than the sight of blue smoke rising in the morning.
